#throwbackthursday – Saint Patrick’s Day 2020 was the last day our food truck was able to server cooked food. The brewery we worked at decided it was to dangerous to have food trucks. The Governor shut down all events which was our normal job we had done for years.
The last food Health Department food permit we got was pulled the night before we were going to work due to all the Karen’s calling them. Food to go was always allowed but not if you are serving conservatives. We were stuck with food we could not sell that we really could not afford to buy in the first place because we were not working because of the Governor stopping events.
A few of our old jobs are coming back, but we are not going all out due to the Government harassment we have gotten that last two years. RIP Selah Sweets/Selah Sausage.
To help fund the website and adventures we started the EWE Chuckwagon last year. We sold coffee, snacks, and shaved ice last summer at a few events. Please come out and support us this summer.
