On Saturday September 9th 2006 we met up in Vantage and convoyed to Moses Lake Sand Dunes for an All Wheelers Off Road Club run called by Icesis.
It was very windy when we pulled in. We played in the sand dune climbing and shooting around bowls.
We worked our way out to the Potholes Reservoir. Riding a long the short was a lot of fun. We stopped to watch a CJ drive out into the Potholes Reservoir and kill there motor. CJ’s don’t float!
This was a great day run. We found out this is the better time to go. There is a lot more fun with the Potholes Reservoir area open. It is only open from July1st to October 1st.
