Kids Day Adventure

On August 5th, 2006 the Eastern Washington Off Road Kids Day Adventure started at Ahtanum Valley School in Wiley City to watched the West Valley Parade. It was a nice small parade with a lot of community pride.
After the parade we went over to the Wiley City Rodeo Grounds to see the fair animals. The kids had a lot of fun looking at the livestock. Fatboy met us there with his TJ and then we headed to the Ahtanum for some mountain fun.
At Nasty Creek Corrals we air down then headed up Doe Pocket. There were a few small climbs.
We heard PullUout on the CB so we stopped for him to catch up with his full size Chevy. Up on Foundation Ridge, we turn up Jackass Road and headed toward Blue Slide Lookout. We dropped down 4W615 to Blue Lake. We stopped at Blue Lake for lunch and to let the kids play.

After the kids were finish having fun at Blue Lake, we when on down 4W615, hit the Blue Lake 4×4 Trail and then headed up the the North Fork Ahtanum Road stopping on top of Darland Mountain.
After a short break we headed down the Sedge Ridge 4×4 Trail and down the South Fork Ahtanum Road. At the pavement we aired up and headed for home.
This was a great easy run with a lot of fun. Thank you to all that came out.
