Selah Cub Scout Pack 276
Wolf & Bear “Go See It” at
Selah Police Department
Report and photos by Clay Graham / Selah Adventures – Selah Community & Tourism.
On Monday November 24th, 2014 Selah Cub Scout Pack 276 Wolf and Bear Dens went on a “Go See It” at the Selah Police Department.
Police Officer Pauli Martin was the tour guide. She is the School Resource Officer. She has been with SPD for 30 years.
Officer Martin showed the Cub Scouts all the different areas of the Selah Police Station. They thought the holding cell was cool.
The Scouts got to see some of the tools the police officers had to use. One of the den leaders got handcuffed to show the Scouts how it done. Some of the Scouts got handcuffed for fun.
This was a very fun time for the Cub Scouts and there Parents.
Thank you Selah Police Department for the opportunity for the Cub Scout to see what you do. A special thank you to Officer Pauli Martin for the tour and to Reserve Officer Chris Knox for helping.
