Selah Schools Celebrate the
200th Year Anniversary of our Nation Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”

It is the 200th year anniversary of our Nation Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”. Two schools in the Selah School District held celebrations.
On Friday September 12th, 2014 at 9:00 AM Robert Lince Elementary School held a celebration around the flag pole. The VFW presented the colors with help of Selah Cub Scout Pack 276. The students sang our National Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”.
On Monday September 15th, 2014 at 2:35 PM John Campbell Elementary School held a celebration by the big tree out front of the school. Selah Cub Scout Pack 276 and Selah Boy Scout Troop 275 presented the colors as the band played our National Anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”.
