Since we have more time on the farm now, we have gotten back into making homemade bread. We like it better than what you find in the stores and we know what goes into making it. There are no preservatives and we would not need them anyway since bread doesn’t last long around here with all the people we need to feed.
It has been a long time since we had made Home Brew. To get back into it, we used a Mr. Beer kit. We have a few that were donated to us. Mr. Beer kits are easy and are fun to make. After this kits are all used we may try to make home brew by scratch again.
Doc just brought this 1978 F350 Ford truck home from Ellensburg. It has a 351 and a Granny type 4 speed. It runs good. The bad is it was an impound vehicle that someone did a lot of weird stuff to. Doc bought the truck for a good price. He may keep it as a farm truck or fix to sell.
After Church we were looking for a nice photo of Doc and his fiancee, Kodye. Well as usual, that is when the horse play started. Odo and Doc always have to play around.
