We got tired of trying to find privacy in the forest to do one’s duty. We sent Charlie shopping and he came back with this from Bi-mart.

It has a rain cover (not shown), removable floor, pockets to hold things, and a hook for a light or shower.
This cost us $49.97 at Bi-Mart in Yakima.
On Sunday, July 5th 2020, Liberty State Overland Club members met up at the old Tampico Store. A little after 10 AM we convoyed to Nasty Creek Corrals and aired down.
After airing down we headed up A5000. At the double hill climb Steve’s Jimmy started having problems running up hill. Steve turned around and headed back out.
The rest of us ran A5000 on up and onto Jackass Road with one break along the way. At the end of end of Jackass road (AKA FS1020) we took a break at Blue Slide Lookout.
Next we went down to Blue Lake. The trail down to the lake was interesting in a low riding Jeep. Down at Blue Lake we took another break. Shelby had a blast swimming.
Next next part of the trip was real fun other than the big rocks hitting the bottom of our Jeep. We ran 4W615 across the ridge to the North Fork Road. It was tight in the trees, big rocks, and with some off camber.
Once on the North Fork Road, we drove up to the top of Darland Mountain and took a break.
We head down the Mid Fork Ahtanum. We stopped at Eagle Nest for a quick view and then headed down to Red Saddle Trailhead to air up.
This was another great day with family and friends.

Selah Independence Day Cruise Night

On Saturday, July 4th 2020, a few of us from the Liberty State Overland Club headed to Selah after the club potluck for cruise night. We cruised though Selah and parked at the Red Rooster to take photos of the cars cruising. It was a good turnout for being a holiday.
Around 9:30 PM the City of Selah put on a big firework show. What a great American city!
