On Saturday, February 1st, 2020, Varietal Beer Company held the Shadowfall – Coffee Beer Fest. We had the Selah Sausage Food Truck there serving German Street Food and Mini Donuts. The Little Hopper, Yakima’s Beer Bus brought people down from Single Hill Brewing Company in Yakima. This was a fun family event.

Varietal Beer Co. presents Shadowfall – A Coffee Beer Fest, February 1st, 2020 at our taproom in Sunnyside, Washington.

Featuring collaborations between craft breweries & coffee roasters in Central & Eastern Washington. Please look forward to the following collaborations:
Bale Breaker Brewing Company & Lincoln Ave Espresso (Yakima, WA)
Dwinell Country Ales & Father Micheal’s Roastery (Goldendale, WA)
Moonshot Brewing & Rockabilly Roasting Co. (Kennewick, WA)
Single Hill Brewing Company & Basalt Roasters (Yakima, WA)
Varietal & Basalt Roasters (Sunnyside & Yakima, WA)
Wandering Hop Brewery & Lincoln Avenue Coffee (Yakima, WA)
Whistle Punk Brewing & Anvil Coffee (Spokane, WA)
YaYa Brewing Company & 4 Seasons Coffee Roasters (Spokane Valley, WA)

Tickets will be available for $25, which includes a custom coffee mug & pours of each coffee beer on tap. Some coffee beers will be reserved for ticket holders due to limited supply.

The taproom will not be closed during this event & Selah Sausage Food Truck will be in the beer garden to provide German sausages & street food during the event.

The Varietal team & our partnering breweries are fans of small coffee roasters & we hope to encourage further partnerships between craft breweries & craft roasters through the Shadowfall event.
