Selah Sweets makes a lot of special Christmas candies like; Eggnog Fudge, Chocolate Peppermint Fudge, Cranberry Fudge, Chocolate Covered Cherries and more.

Selah Sweets also has in the normal Fudges that are made all year long in Downtown Selah like; Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Walnut Fudge, Maple Walnut Fudge, many flavors of caramels and much more.

Selah Sweets makes up gift boxes and can do party trays with some notice.

On Saturday December 19th, 2015, Selah Sweets hosted “Christmas Carols in Selah”. Some students from the Selah High School Choir came and joined the fun with others around the community.

Starting off at Selah Sweets, Mrs. Claus led the Carolers to King’s Row and then through the neighborhoods singing Christmas carols. They went about the city warming hearts of people in their homes with the Christmas carols.

Along the way, Selah’s newly elected Mayor, Sherry Raymond came out and sang Christmas Carols with us.

After Christmas Caroling around Selah, the group head back to Selah Sweets for Free Cookies and Hot Cocoa.

On Saturday December 19th, 2015, Mrs. Claus came to Selah Sweets for Free Facebook photos with the kids. She gave out candy canes to the children and took notes for Santa.

On Saturday December 19th, 2015, Selah Kiwanis held their annual bike giveaway at the Selah Civic center. At 2:00 pm people who had won the bikes came to pick them up. The winners of the bikes were selected based on their needs. Every kid that got a bike was a Selah resident. This was the first time organizers kept the event in Selah, in order to benefit children living in the Selah area, Kiwanis president Wayne Petterson said. Selah Kiwanis bought half of the bikes from Toys”R”US, and the rest were donated primarily from the Selah Police Department, and then some others. They bought the helmets from Fred Myers. With all bikes going out to Selah Residents it was an event that warmed the hearts of many. Selah Kiwanis looks forwards to doing this again next year, with the hopes that more bikes could be given out.

We would like to thank everyone that came to support this event.
