Selah Jeep Cruise/Meet & Greet
Report by Clay Graham. Photos by Amanda Graham / CegPics.com.
On Saturday March 15th, 2014 Jeeps came from miles around to King’s Row for the Selah Jeep Cruise sponsored by King’s Row and Eastern Washington Off Road. This event turned out to be more of a meet & greet and flex show than a cruise.
There was a big turnout. Some drove over 100 miles to come to this event.
There was a lot of Pacific Northwest 4 Wheel Drive Association members that showed up from a hand full of different clubs. The clubs that had members show that I know of were from the Yakima Ridgerunners, Yakima Valley Timberwolves, Shindig Wheelers, Tri-Cities Peak Putters and North East Oregon 4 Wheelers. There could have been more PNW4WDA club members there.
There were a few other clubs/groups that had members there. Gleed Boys, Off-Camber and Eastern Washington Adventures.
King’s Row gave out tokens for free meals and sodas to the first Jeepers that showed up.
Build-it Offroad came with a big buggy they built. It was very big and cool!
A lot of rigs flexed out on the RTI ramp. James Harter (Shindig Wheelers) was the RTI ramp judge. King’s Row donated prizes for the most flex. Some left before the scores were in so the runners up received the prize.
Thank you to all who came out, all who volunteered and to King’s Row for making this a real fun event!
Note:
King’s Row host a lot of events throughout the year and has very good food. They are located at 210 S 1st St, Selah, WA.
