Slab ORV Meet & Greet Adventure

On Saturday February 1st, 2014 members of Eastern Washington Adventures, Pacific Northwest Backroad Adventures and guest met up at the Slab ORV Area near Zillah Washington for the annual Eastern Washington Adventures Slab ORV Meet & Greet.
The weather was cold and overcast. The turnout was the smallest than ever in the past. Only 10 rigs showed up. There were three rigs from Oregon and two rigs from Western Washington.
This year we only had one rig that ran Flex Canyon. They had to clear the tumbleweeds out before running it.
Most of the hill climbs weren’t hard since this winter there hasn’t been much precipitation.
This event was a lot of fun thanks to all who came.

Ribbon Cutting & Business After Hours at Nana Kate’s

On the evening of January 23rd, 2014 the Selah Chamber of Commerce had a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Nana Kate’s and Nana Kate’s hosted a “Business After Hours” get together. Nana Kate’s had many delicious free samples of the food they make on site. This was a very fun event.
