On Sunday September 15 2024, we took a trip to Ellensburg, Washington to check out the 40th Annual Threshing Bee & Equipment Show hosted by Kittitas Valley Early Iron Club. The event was held at the Kittitas Valley Event Center.
We enjoyed looking at the equipment and talking to some of the equipment owners.

2024 Harrah Tractor Run
Hosted by Central Washington Antique Farm Equipment Club
Report & photos by Clay Graham / CegPics.com
Around 8:30 AM on Saturday September 14th 2024, the Central Washington Antique Farm Equipment Club convoyed from the Fullbright Park in Union Gap to Harrah and joined their parade. There were eight tractors driven in the convoy with Doc, CJ, and I following in the Chevy 1500 as the support vehicle.
Once we got to Harrah in the parade staging area, two more tractors joined us. They had us line up behind a Ground Hog tractor to group the tractors all together with Doc driving the support vehicle behind the tractors. Pulling out in the parade we had to jump start the 8N caboose tractor and then pull start another. Some others got mixed up in our line. Once downtown, I jumped out of the truck to take photos and video. Almost in front of the parade announcer, Kent’s Ford Jubilee had transmission problems and had to be tow the rest of the parade. The Announcer made fun of the Ford being pull by a John Deere. At the end of the parade we went to lunch.
After lunch we headed back to Fullbright Park. Kent rode in the people wagon back to get his truck and trailer to get his tractor home.
This was a fun time thanks to all who came.

Wild Winger “Naches Pass 4×4 Trip”
Hosted by Graham Family Farm

Around 9:50 AM Tuesday, September 10th 2024, we left for the Wild Winger “Naches Pass 4×4 Trip” from Graham Family Farm in Selah, Washington with three Jeeps (Ceg – YJ, Doc – YJ, Clifford – LJ). We convoyed to Horsetail Falls in Little Naches and met with SkyDiver in his LJ.
We drove on up NF19, turned on FS1913, and then turned toward the west on Naches Pass 4×4 Trail (4W684). We aired down there and started the trail heading west.
On up the trail before the FS1914 crossing, we took a break on a side road with a cool view.
We moved on up the trail. We did a few quick stops along the way for photos and then stopped at Government Meadows for lunch.
After lunch, we headed down the trail toward FS70. The last two sections between roads have gotten real rough due to small tires digging under the roots and the side of rocks. You use to be able to just roll over them with 31s. Not anymore.
We got down to FS70 and parted ways with SkyDiver. He lives on the west side. The rest of us live on the east side, so we took Pyramid Pass back over to NF19. We air up there and then headed home.
The weather was great on both sides of the pass on this day. This was a great trip thanks to all who came.
