The Selah Kiwanis will be providing families the opportunity to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Pictures are encourage but you will need to bring your own camera.

Easter Egg Hunt 11 AM Saturday April 4th, 2015 at Wixson Park

Egg hunts for three age groups plus a fourth egg hunt for kids with special needs that don’t feel comfortable with the pace of the other hunts.

There is a free craft booth for kids to do hosted by the Selah Downtown Association.

On Saturday March 14, 2015 the 2nd Annual Selah Jeep Meet and Greet took place at Kings Row in Selah, Washington.

There was a lot of 4×4 enthusiast that came to meet others. There were many 4×4’s that flexed on the RTI ramp and even more that came just to watch.

The Department of Natural Resources came out and gave maps and information about the DNR public lands.

This event was a fun time for all that came.

This was sponsored Build-it Offroad and hosted by King’s Row & Eastern Washington Adventures / Selah Adventures.

This is a free event but you will have to sign a wavier to use the RTI Ramp.

Bring your Jeep to Kings’ Row for the Selah Jeep Meet & Greet. Show your flex on the RTI Ramp and meet other Jeepers. We are hoping to have more give-a-ways this year.

On the evening of Thursday February 26th 2015, the Selah Chamber of Commerce had a Business After Hours get together. The event was hosted by Artistic Minds.

Artistic Minds had refreshments, appetizers by Nana Kate’s, candy by Selah Sweets, wine by Southard Winery and a door prize drawing.

The Selah Chamber of Commerce had a 50/50 raffle.

This was a very fun event. Thank you Artistic Minds for the wonderful evening.

Photos: Selah Middle School Tour

On Thursday February 26th, 2015, Selah School District held an open house, student guided tour of the new Selah Middle School.

On the tour they showed us the new Pat Clark Gymnasium with bleachers that have the Selah Middle School initials on it. The new music room with separate practicing rooms. Every class room has its own smart boards with desks that can be wrote on with expo markers. The cafeteria is merged with the new stage and theater. There are lounging areas around the school and outside of classrooms for students to hang around in before and after school. The Selah Middle School students worked long and hard to make the tour the best that it could be.
