Yakima River Canyon Marathon

On the Friday April 4th, 2014 the Yakima River Canyon Marathon had a Pasta Feed at the Selah Civic Center.

Saturday morning the marathon runners were bussed to Ellensburg, Washington where the Yakima River Canyon Marathon begins.

The marathon runners ran south from Ellensburg through the Yakima River Canyon to Selah. From there they were bussed back to Selah.

Saturday evening the Yakima River Canyon Marathon met back at the Selah Civic Center for dinner to share race stories.

3rd Annual Spring Party

On the Tuesday April 1st, 2014 All About Fun hosted it’s 3rd annual Spring Party at Wixson Park in Selah, Washington. They took donations that went to the Susan G Komen Foundation for the fight against breast cancer.

There was a big turn out for the event and it looked as many were having a lot of fun.

Thank you All About Fun for this fun event in Selah.

On the evening of Thursday March 27th, 2014 the Selah Chamber of Commerce had a Business After Hours get together. The event was hosted at and by Selah Liquor & More Store.

Selah Liquor & More Store had Free tasting of Apple Pie Moonshine from Swede Hill Distilling in Yakima and wine from Southard Winery here in Selah.

Scout and Doug Southard came to share their knowledge of wine and answer question about Southard Winery.

This was a very fun event thanks to everyone that came, Kris and Jen Clark of Selah Liquor & More Store, Scout and Doug Southard of Southard Winery, and Selah Chamber of Commerce.
