Little Bald Mountain Backroads Run
By Clay GrahamOn Monday July 4th, 2011 we met up at Eastern Washington Adventures in Selah for the 4 of July sit seeing trip. We convoyed west about 32 miles pass Naches to Boulder Cave off of SR410. We hiked to the cave. Most of the group looped through Boulder Cave twice and then we headed back to the trailhead for a picnic lunch. Cherry Festival at Barrett Orchards
By Clay GrahamOn July 2nd, 2011 we headed out with the kids to a Cherry Festival at Barrett Orchards which is located on Peaks Canyon Road in Yakima. They had U-pick cherries, hay rides, pie eating and pit spitting contest, live music, free samples of cherries, foods, and chocolate covered cherries. This was a fun event for the family. Hot Rods & Harleys
By Clay Graham100.9 Cherry FM is doing another year of Hot Rods & Harleys. The event is held at McDonald’s on 40th Avenue and River Road Friday nights at 6pm until September 17th. On July 1st, 2011 we got a chance to go check this event out. There were a lot of cool cars and bikes. This is a must see event for bike or car enthusiasts. It is fun for all ages.
