Little Naches Christmas Tree Snow Wheeling Trip
Hosted by Eastern Washington Expeditions
Report by Clay Graham / CegPics.com
On Saturday November 16th 2022, we met up at Oak creek Ace Hardware in Naches. On this trip we had 4 rigs with 9 people.
We convoyed to Little Naches. FS19 was covered with snow and was slick. We turned up FS1906 and the snow got deeper.
We turned up 872 and got to run fresh snow. Odo had to clear one down tree for us to get through. At the end of 872 we turned around. On the way back down we found some nice Christmas Trees.
We got back on FS1906 and ran it up to the end just to play in the snow a little more. Odo cooked Bratwurst and Hot Cocoa. The kids played in the snow and we kept warm around the propane campfire.
After lunch we ran FS1961 up. Close to the top we had to turn around since some of the rigs behind us were having problem. Santa’s Sleigh (93 YJ) had no issues and loves the snow. We ran FS1906 back out. We said our goodbyes at Scott aired back up.
