By Eastern Washington Expeditions
Report & photos by Clay Graham / CegPics.com
On Thursday, November 4th 2021, the EWE Staff went to Beverly Dunes and set up camp for the annual “Beverly Dunes Camp Out”.
TJ40 showed up to camp Friday morning. After he off loaded and parked we sit around the propane campfire for awhile to see if anymore Liberty State Overland Club members showed up for the first trip.
Around 1 PM we headed out for Saddle Mountains with three Jeeps. We drove down through Mattawa and the up to the Saddle Mountains entrance and aired down.
We then worked our way to the top of the ridge. We first stopped at the Jump Point and then at Sentinel Mountain to get some photos looking down on Beverly Dunes.
Next we headed over to the west edge looking down on the Columbia River. We make two stops for photos. Then headed back down and around back to our camp at Beverly Dunes.
More Liberty State Overland Club members showed up to camp in the evening.
