30 Minute Shaved Ice Catering Service – $170
- For events up to 30 guests ($3 per cup after 30)
- Guests receive one 12oz cup of shaved ice with up to 3 flavors.
- On-site serving for 30 minutes.
60 Minute Shaved Ice Catering Service – $250
- For events up to 50 guests ($3 per cup after 50)
- Guests receive one 12oz cup of shaved ice with up to 3 flavors.
- On-site shaved ice serving for 60 minutes.
90 Minute Shaved Ice Catering Service – $350
- For events up to 75 guests ($3 per cup after 75)
- Guests receive one 12oz cup of shaved ice with up to 3 flavors.
- On-site shaved ice serving for 90 minutes.
2 Hour Shaved Ice Catering Service – $450
- For events up to 100 guests ($3 per cup after 100)
- Guests receive one 12oz cup of shaved ice with up to 3 flavors.
- On-site shaved ice serving for 2 hours.

Our Food Service History
The Graham Family opened up a homemade candy shop called “Selah Sweets” in Selah, Washington in April 2015 and started serving shaved ice. We started serving at community events to help pay the store rent. In September 2016 we closed the store and became only a mobile food vendor. We took a couple of years off to work on our farm. We are now back serving shaved ice under our farm name, Graham Family Farm NW. Shaved ice is just one of our many services.
