GENERAL INFO
The Eastern Washington Off Road Fall Overland Meet & Greet for 2025 is at Beverly Dunes. Saturday after camp is set up, we will do a backroads trip to the top of Saddle Mountains. Sunday we will have a potluck for the meet & greet. Some may play in the sand dunes. A Discover Pass is required for all Street licensed vehicles. Safety Flags required for vehicles in the dunes.
Eastern Washington Off Road promotes responsible recreation by following the rules and leads by example since founded in 2004. This is a Free to attend event is open to everyone. Rated Easy to Most Difficult depending where you want to go. There is an easy way around every difficult area. You do not have to drive out in the sand dunes if you do not want to. You can hang around camp. The sand dune area is only 2 miles long.
This is free event to attend event. Please do not just show up. We will not know to look for you.
(If you get upset easily over peoples opinions, this event may not be for you.)
MEETING LOCATION: Beverly Dunes grass area or near by in the trees (SW side of ORV Area).
DATE: Saturday, November 1 2025 – Sunday, November 2nd 2025
TIME: 10 AM both days in the Beverly Dunes Camping Area in the grass or near by in the trees.
FEES:
A Discover Pass is required by the state. This a Free to attend event. You will need to bring your own rig, fuel, gear, and food.
COMMS: CB #7, GMRS #7
FUEL: Please have fuel if you plan to play in the dunes. There is a fuel station a few miles away if you need more.
REQUIREMENTS: A Discover Pass is required by the state. To drive out in the sand dunes, you must have a licensed vehicle with off road tires that you can air down for traction, and a safety flag. Please have fuel, recovery gear, and cold weather gear. Bring plenty of water and things you need to be safe from the weather.
NOTE: By signing up you are expected to follow the rules of the land.
Grant County ORV Info
Per Grant County Code 11.30.030, any ATV, ORV, or any other vehicle (excluding motorcycles) must be equipped with a flag for added visibility in a bright red or brilliant orange color, measuring at least forty-eight inches square, mounted on a pole placing the flag a minimum of one hundred eight inches above the ground when the vehicle is stationary. Such flag shall be displayed as to be visible from all directions, maintaining nearly all of the required height when the vehicle is in motion.
DIRECTIONS: Meet at the Beverly Dunes Grass Area. From I-90: Take Highway-26 East via Exit 137 toward Othello/Pullman. Continue about 1 mile and turn right onto Highway-243. Continue about 7 miles and turn left onto Lower Crab Creek Road. In about 2 miles turn right into the Beverly Dunes ORV Area. Take a right at the dumpster and drive southwest to the grass area. Look for Eastern Washington Off Road signs.

FOOD: Bring your own food. Bring something for the potluck if you want to join.
CAMPING: A Discover Pass is required. There is camping in the grass area and in the near by trees.
