NOTE: Fire Closures most likely will change the route so we have done a reroute.
Eastern Washington Off Road weekday overland trip starting from the town of Naches up SR410, though the Nile, past Bumping Lake, up to Miners Ridge, over to Cooper City, and then over to the Little Naches Area. There will be stops at viewpoints and camping along the way. The route is 131.7 miles not counting extra side trips and return from end point. This event is free but there are a limited number of rig spots available. So it is on a first-sign up basis. Pre-sign ups are required.
(If you get upset easily over peoples opinions, this event may not be for you.)

MEETING LOCATION: Naches, WA (Sign up for exact location)
DATE: Monday August 26 2024
TIME: The convoy leaves about 10 AM from the Town of Naches.
FEES:
This a Free to attend event. Have cash for campsites in the cash we cannot find a free one.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRIP: You must have a working Street licensed high ground clearance to do this trip no bigger than a pickup truck. Small Overland Trailers are welcome.
NOTE: Some roads are rough and some places may have low hanging branches. Not recommend for tall heavy truck campers.
Please have a full tank of fuel and have money to top off along the way, overland gear, food and supplies for at least two nights, cash for campsites, recovery gear, and cold weather gear.
NOTE: By signing up you are expected to follow the rules of the land and Tread Lightly. The roads/trails can get soft in places. Spinning your tires intentionally on wet surfaces causes damage and is illegal. These actions have caused closures.

FUEL: Please have a full tank of fuel to start with in Naches. Whistlin’ Jack’s is the closest fuel after the trip and is high priced.
FOOD: Bring enough food and drinks for three days and two nights. Have easy type lunches since we may not stop very long at places along the way.

This is free event, but space is limited and it is on a first-sign up basis. Everyone must sign up at lease a week in advance. All guest must be approved.
