Once again the KXLE Home Show is bringing you the Ellensburg Food Truck Rally! This year you can enjoy:
Kim’s Got Smoke BBQ: Barbeque made on-site with their portable wood smoker! Ribs, jalapeno mac and cheese, pulled pork nachos, and deep-fried pickle chips are favorites on the menu.
Selah Sweets: Handcrafted is better. Selah sweets is serving up their handcrafted candy, including fudge, caramel, peanut brittle, cotton candy, cupcakes, and shave ice
Lutong Pinoy: Filipino favorites like marinated barbeque pork, rice noodles, and lumpia.
Hot Diggidy Dog – classic and specialty hot dogs. Feeling brave? Try the heart attack dog, a Polish dog with grilled onions, sauerkraut, garlic, cream cheese, cheddar cheese. Hungry for something unique? The Thai Dog is topped with peanut butter & siracha. And of course, all the classic favorites are on the menu.
Henry’s Kettle Corn: Sweet, salty, and served to you freshly popped. Also serving fresh-squeezed lemonade.
Tacos Chalito: Ellensburg’s favorite authentic Mexican food on wheels! Tacos, tortas and super burritos that live up to the name. Everything served with an extra dose of flavor and spice–be cautious with the red sauce.
Whipsaw Brewing: local craft beer, with favorites on tap like Buzz On Blackberry and Stumpblower IPA
Taneum Creek Brewing: A newcomer to the show, Taneum Creek Brewing is a nanobrewery in Cle Elum. They produce mainly produce American style ales but also like to mix it up. Anything could be on tap!
*Beer will be served in the MS Beer Garden–must be 21 to enter*
The Food Truck Rally is part of the KXLE Home, Business & Garden Expo and is included in your $2 donation to enter.
All donations go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
