#throwbackthursday – October 2017, EWA Wagons East (Naches Pass) 4×4 Trip.
Of all the years doing this annual trip, this was the coldest. As we pulled into camp on Friday it started snowing. Saturday we hit snow on the ground not far from camp. We ran Pyramid Pass over came out of the snow on FS70 just before the west end of Naches Pass Trail. As we headed east on Naches Pass 4×4 trail we hit snow right after the first long climb and had snow almost all the way back over to FS1913.
