On March 17th 2020, the Selah Sausage Food Truck severed To-Go food at Varietal Beer Company. The special of the day was was Corned Beef and Cabbage.

This is the day our world changed. It was the first Day of the Covid 19 lock downs and the last day of our food truck business due to the panic. The Covid Rules said we could sell food to go but we have no where to park to sell it. All event were shut down by the Governor. We tried for a come back after the lock downs but lost too many of the events and places we had worked before.
