On Thursday December 1st, 2016 the Yakima Valley Tourism celebrated their 27th Annual Holiday Reception & Silent Auction with a Down Home Christmas at the Yakima Convention Center.

There was great food, Bale Breaker Beer, Wine Tasting, Member Showcase Plus a Spectacular Selection of Silent Auction and Candy Cane Items and 2016 Raffle Prizes.

Entry was $15 per person or $10 with a donation of non-perishable food to Northwest Harvest.

Santa Claus Trolley

Time: 10:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day with runs on the hour and half hour.
Where: 306 West Pine Street in Yakima

Join Santa and the Yakima Valley Trolleys for this popular annual event. Trolley leaves the barn located at South Third Avenue and West Pine Street.

On Saturday November 26th, 2016 (the Saturday after Thanksgiving), around 10 AM the Eastern Washington Adventures Club members met at Graham Family Farm in Selah, Washington for the “Christmas Tree 4×4 Adventure”. We convoyed to the Upper Wenas part of the Wenas Wildlife Area and onto Forest Service land to get Christmas Trees and to play in the snow. We came out by FS1702 down to SR410 to head home.

This was a fun event thanks to all who came.

On Friday November 25th, 2016 (Black Friday), Mrs. Claus came to Graham Family Farm to see families for Free Facebook photos. She gave out candy canes to the children and took notes for Santa.

This was a Free Family Community Event held 10:00 AM – 6 PM on Black Friday, November 25th, 2016 at Graham Family Farm in Selah. If you missed it, Mrs. Claus will be back on December 17th for “Christmas at Graham Family Farm”.
