At 5 PM Friday July 3rd 2015 the City of Selah had a Independence Day Celebration at the Selah High School. With fun and games for kids and adults, no one was bored. Cody Beebe and the Crooks played music for everyone to enjoy. All About Fun brought their bounce houses so the kids would have something to do. This event got people into the Independence Day mood. With fireworks to end it off this event was full of fun and we hope to see you next year on the 4th for this event.

Right Now at Selah High, City of Selah Independence Day Celebration

Come down today July 3rd, to Selah High School for some fun, food and live music. Also there will be fireworks around 9:45 PM or so.

Selah Independence Day Celebration Organized by the City of Selah
From City of Selah Parks and Recreation – Join us for Selah’s Independence Day Celebration on July 3rd. This year’s event will include many activities. We will have music from a couple local bands as well as Cody Beebe. Once the sun sets there will be a fireworks display for you to enjoy. This is a free event to attend, but bring money for food, drinks and wears from the vendors. Vendors open and entertainment begins at 5pm. Event will be held at the Selah High School on the JV Softball and JV Baseball fields.

On Wednesday July 1st, 2015 Selah’s Wednesday Market had their second week of the season market. Selah’s Wednesday Market is held at King’s Row at 210 S. 1st Street in Selah, Washington.

The weather was warm, but the vendors and shoppers stayed cool in the shade. There was a fair amount of vendors and hopefully there will be more vendors next week. We hope to see you all there.

Selah’s Wednesday Market’s mission is bringing the Selah and Yakima Valley communities together through the “fruits and labor” of our local farmers, artisans and organizations.

This is a weekly family fun event that is held at all summer. This year it runs from June 24th through September 23rd.
