VOLUNTEER FARM WORK CAMP OUT

Friday, September 4 – Monday, September 7 2026 (Labor Day Weekend).
GENERAL INFO
Graham Family Farm NW is hosting a volunteer farm work party on Labor Day Weekend. Free meals to those who help. Camping and evening get togethers. This work party is to get the farm ready for the winter. Fences need to be built, the barn needs paint and other work, wood splitting and stacking, Elm trees cut down, and other farm stuff.
DO NOT JUST SHOW UP
This is a free event but space is limited and it is on a first sign up basis. Everyone must sign up in advance. All guests must be approved.
(If you get upset easily over people’s opinions, this event may not be for you.)
BASE CAMP
CAMPING: Camping is free on the Graham Family Farm. Warming fires can only propane due to a fire ban. Bring what you would need to camp with. We have room for tents up to a few motor homes. Let us know what you plan to camp in so we make sure we have the room saved for you. It could be very hot or cold in the day and cold at night.
FOOD: Meals will be provided for those who help.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT BASE CAMP:
Work party during the day. Food & drinks as we BS around the fire in the evening. Maybe some outdoor games.

THE SCHEDULE:
- Friday
3 PM – Gate opens to any one wanting to camp. Dry camping is free. Warming fires only allowed in the fire ring and wood burning stove in the Biergarten Area.
6:00 PM – Dinner - Saturday
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM > Breakfast in the Biergarten.
9:30 AM – 1:00 PM > Farm work.
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM > Lunch in the Biergarten.
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM > Farm work.
6:00 PM > Dinner in the Biergarten.
Evening Campfire. - Sunday
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM > Breakfast in the Biergarten.
9:30 AM – 1:00 PM > Farm work.
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM > Lunch in the Biergarten.
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM > Farm work.
6:00 PM > Dinner in the Biergarten.
Evening Campfire. - Monday
10:00 AM > Breakfast in the Biergarten.
Then pack for home
