GENERAL INFO
Eastern Washington Off Road is doing a 4×4 Overland Trip through WABDR Section 4 camping along thew way. Then head on toward Douglas Creek seeing the sites as we go then overland camp that night at Douglas Creek. This event is free but there are a limited number of rig spots available. So it is on a first-sign up basis. Pre-sign ups are required.
We will be covering some ground exploring WABDR Section 4 and returning south through Douglas Creek. Here are some things we might see along the way.
- Cashmere
- Chumstick Mountain
- Lake Chelan
- Chelan
- Historic Douglas Church

This is a free event but space is limited and it is on a first sign up basis. Everyone must sign up in advance. All guests must be approved.
(If you get upset easily over people’s opinions, this event may not be for you.)
MEETING LOCATION: Graham Family Farm * 3250 Selah Loop Rd., Selah, Washington
DATE: Monday June 15 2026
TIME: Come around 7:45 AM. The convoy leaves about 8 AM.
FEES:
This a Free to attend event. You will need to bring your own rig, gear, and food. You will need money for fuel and maybe cash for campsites fees. A Discover Pass may be required at some stops.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRIP: You must have a working Street licensed high ground clearance to do this trip no bigger than a truck/with small camper. Small Overland Trailers are welcome.
NOTE: Some roads are rough and some places may have low hanging branches. Not recommend for tall heavy truck campers.
Please have a full tank of fuel and have money to top off along the way, overland gear, food and supplies for at least two nights, cash for campsites, recovery gear, and cold weather gear.
NOTE: By signing up you are expected to follow the rules of the land and Tread Lightly. The roads/trails can get soft this time of year. Spinning your tires intentionally on wet surfaces causes damage and is illegal. These actions have caused closures.
COMMS: CB #7 GMRS#7
FUEL: Please have a full tank of fuel to start with. We will refuel as needed along the way.
FOOD: Bring enough food and drinks for three days and two nights. Have easy type lunches since we may not stop very long at places along the way.
CAMPING: Bring what you would need to camp in the mountains and the desert. It could be very hot in the day and cold at night. Bring small bill cash in case campsites have fees.

PLANNED ROUTE:
This is the planned route but could change if we find other things to do along the way.
- Leave Graham Family Farm at 8 AM Monday and convoy to Cashmere. Meet others there.
- Top off fuel in Cashmere and start the WABDR Section 4.
- Take our time and see the sights as we head toward Chelan. Find a place to camp for the night before finishing Section 4.
- Camp the night and head on driving the WABDR Section 4.
- A break at Twenty-five Mile Creek State Park.
- Stop in Chelan and see what there is to see. Top off fuel and get forgotten supplies.
- Head on the backroads to Douglas and stop to see the Historic Douglas Church.
- Head to Douglas Creek and camp for the night.
- Finish the Douglas Creek Trail and head to Quincy Lakes.
- Have Lunch at Quincy Lakes.
- Head home after lunch.
