KIDS CAMPING TRIP

GENERAL INFO
This is a three day and two night camping trip for the kids to be out in nature. Friday evening we will meet in Little Naches and stay until Sunday. RVs welcome. We will find things for the kids to do that is outdoor related. Bring bicycles if you have them. No motorized bikes, ATVs, RC Cars, Power-wheels, etc. Leave those electronic games at home.
DO NOT JUST SHOW UP
This is a free event but space is limited and it is on a first sign up basis. Everyone must sign up in advance. All guests must be approved.
(If you get upset easily over people’s opinions, this event may not be for you.)
MEETING LOCATION: To be announced to those who sign up.
DATE: Meeting up on August 28 2026 & heading home on August 30 2026.
TIME: Noon on Friday, to when you can get there.
FEES:
There maybe a Forest Service campsite fee of $5. This a Free to attend event. You will need to bring your own rig, camping gear, and food.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRIP: Please have a full tank of fuel, overland gear, food and supplies, cash for campsites, and cold weather gear.
NOTE: By signing up you are expected to follow the rules of the land and Tread Lightly. The roads/Trails can get soft. Spinning your tires intentionally on wet surfaces causes damage and is illegal. These actions have caused closures.

FUEL: Please have a full tank of fuel to start with.
FOOD: Bring enough food for two days and one night.
CAMPING: We will find a spot off the major roads big enough for the group to camp in rigs and tents. Also a big enough area where the kids can ride bicycles.
WHAT TO EXPECT: A nice time camping in the mountains with little kids. Stories around the campfire. Kids having a great time in the outdoors.
